The internship program was designed to provide broad practical exposure of students to industry. During the summer or winter break, students undergo an internship for at least four weeks in a company of their choice, in connection with the Practical Design Internship (for architecture program) and Practicum (for the architectural engineering program). Student orientation is provided before the internship and students are required to submit a report upon arriving in the field. During the internship period, they need to keep a daily log and submit a report within two weeks from the date their internship finished in order to receive credits. Practical training through the internship program helps students adapt to a business environment after graduation and provides useful information to help them map out their career path.
