Architectural History & Design Lab.

The Architectural History & Design Lab was designed to study the architectural history of Eastern and Western countries based on the significance and principles of form, structure and space in
Korean traditional buildings. It also aims to apply the results of such studies to architectural design and theories. In-depth studies on the modernization of traditional Korean“ Hanok”buildings are stressed, while it focuses on the effective maintenance and management of architectural heritage sites.
