A. Period of application for leave of absence

1) General leave of absence (registration): February 20, 2023 (Mon) to April 24, (Mon)

2) General leave of absence (unregistered): February 20, 2023 (Mon) to February 23, (Thu)

B. Application period for returning to school

1) Early return to school: January 2, 2023 (Mon) to February 7, 2023 (Tue)

2) General return to school: January 2, 2023 (Mon) to February 23, 2023 (Thu)

C. How to apply for leave of absence and return to school and precautions: See attached notice.

3. In addition, universities (schools) and departments will guide you on the following precautions when taking a leave of absence or returning to school, so please refer to it for your work promotion.


- In the case of applying for a leave of absence from the military, confirmation that the attached enlistment document coincides with the start of the leave of absence.

- In the case of returning to school early in the military, submit related documents (certificate to be discharged from the military service, mathematical permit) to the department office.
