□ Application for reservation of graduation (completion) and payment of reservation fee □

A. Application period for reservation: From Tuesday, December 20, 2022 to Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 18:00 [No additional application period]

B. Due date for confirmation of reserved department (partial): January 6, 2022 (Fri)

C. Payment period for reservations (issue of notice): from January 11, 2023 (Wed) to January 13, (Fri) 16:00 [No additional payment period]

※ Issuance of a notice (individual student print): Portal → Registration → Graduate School (fee) Retention → Notification print

D. Precautions

1) Make sure to enter the reservation application department (part) confirmation within the deadline in Arssem.

2) There is no additional period for application for reservation and payment of reservation fees, so please actively promote it to students.

3) Cancellation of application for reservation if the reservation fee is not paid within the payment period of the reservation fee.

4) If there is any change due to non-payment of the reservation fee (retention → graduation, fee), it is necessary to send an official letter to revise the graduation assessment.
